In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Smartcomputerske Technologies Ltd; "you" means the person using this site or buying from us.
Using this site
By browsing or ordering you accept these terms. Please do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy our product photography, descriptions or branding for your own commercial use.
Product information
We describe every item as accurately as we can, including the condition grade of refurbished stock. Photographs are illustrative — accessories, colours and bundled software may vary between production batches. Specifications come from the manufacturer and can change without notice. If an item you receive differs materially from its description, tell us and we will put it right.
Prices
Prices are in Kenya Shillings and include VAT where it applies. They can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted and been paid for. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or human error, we will contact you before proceeding rather than simply cancelling.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and payment has cleared. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where a price or description was wrong, or where we cannot verify payment or delivery details.
Payment
We accept M-Pesa, and card or bank transfer by arrangement. M-Pesa payments are processed through Safaricom's Daraja service; we receive a confirmation and receipt number but never see or store your M-Pesa PIN. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Delivery
Delivery areas, charges and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Warranty
Each product carries the warranty stated on its product page and invoice, covering hardware failure in normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid ingress, power surges, unauthorised repair, software problems, or consumable wear such as battery capacity. Warranty service is provided at our workshop.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which also forms part of these terms.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or abusively.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are fit for ordinary use. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost business, or lost data. Please keep your own backups. Data recovery is never guaranteed, including during repair. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes fall to the Kenyan courts. We would always rather sort a problem out directly — please call us first.
