The short version
We collect what we need to sell you a computer and deliver it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number, email address, delivery area and any delivery notes.
- Payment confirmation — the M-Pesa receipt number, the paying phone number and the amount. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN, and we do not store full card numbers.
- Account details — if you create an account, your name, email, phone and a securely hashed password. We cannot see your password.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as pages viewed, used to keep the site working and to improve it.
Why we collect it
To take and deliver your order, to take payment, to provide warranty and after-sales support, to keep records the law requires us to keep, and — only if you ticked the box — to send you occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time from your account.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to complete your order:
- Safaricom, to process M-Pesa payments;
- our courier partners, to deliver to you;
- our hosting provider, which stores the site's data securely;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your details to advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and remember whether you prefer light or dark mode. Blocking them in your browser will break the cart and sign-in.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete data we no longer need to keep, or stop using it for marketing. Write to [email protected] or call +254 111 787140 and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
