We deliver countrywide. Charges are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Same-day delivery in Nairobi
Orders confirmed and paid before 3:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day within Nairobi. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out the next working day.
Delivery outside Nairobi
We send countrywide through established courier partners. You will get the tracking details by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is handed over. Bulky items such as desktops, monitors and projectors may attract a higher courier charge, which we always confirm with you before dispatch.
Collecting from our shop
You are very welcome to collect. We are at Moi Avenue, Rahimtulla Trust Building, 2nd Floor, Room 32B, Nairobi CBD, open Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Choose collection at checkout, wait for our confirmation that the item is ready, and bring your order reference and ID.
On delivery day
- Our rider or the courier will call the number on your order — please keep it on.
- Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign for the goods.
- If nobody is available, we will reschedule; a second delivery attempt to the same address may be chargeable.
Check your order before the rider leaves
Please open the box and confirm the item, its model and its accessories while the rider is still with you. Report anything missing or damaged immediately — reporting transit damage on the spot makes it far easier for us to put right.
Delays
Weather, traffic, courier backlogs and public holidays can affect delivery times. The windows above are targets rather than guarantees. If your order is running late, call +254 111 787140 or +254 792 758 560 with your reference and we will chase it.
Risk and ownership
Goods remain the property of Smartcomputerske Technologies Ltd until paid for in full. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to your address or collected from our shop.
